A Recruitment Website Built to Convert: Recruitment Services Goes Live

Recruitment websites don’t get judged on how clever they look—they’re judged on whether people take action. Candidates want a fast way to apply, employers want a clear way to start a conversation, and both want reassurance that their data is handled properly.

That’s exactly what this new build for Recruitment Services was designed to do. You can visit the site at www.recruitmentservices.ie.

Recruitment Services works with employers across Ireland and supports job seekers across multiple sectors. The new website provides a clear, mobile-friendly experience that guides visitors to the right next step—without unnecessary pages, distractions, or friction.

The brief: make it simple for two audiences

Most recruitment sites try to speak to everyone at once. That usually results in vague messaging and poor conversion rates.

For this project, the focus was on separating journeys cleanly:

  • Job seekers: upload a CV and share key details quickly

  • Employers: make contact and outline requirements with minimal effort

The outcome is a website that behaves more like a practical tool than a brochure.

What we implemented

1) Clear calls-to-action, placed where users expect them

Rather than forcing visitors to hunt for a form, the primary actions are visible and repeated logically throughout the page structure—especially on mobile, where attention spans are shorter and navigation needs to be obvious.

2) A CV submission flow that reduces drop-off

CV uploads are a high-intent action. The form was structured to keep things moving: essential fields first, sensible wording, and support for common file formats (PDF/DOC/DOCX). The goal is simple—more completed submissions.

3) Mobile-first layout and performance-led design

Speed and usability are not “nice-to-haves” in recruitment. If a page is slow or awkward, candidates abandon it and employers move on. The site was built with a mobile-first approach, clean layouts, and a structure that supports fast loading and easy scanning.

4) Trust signals for a data-sensitive industry

Recruitment involves personal information, so the website includes visible, plain-English reassurance around data handling, alongside standard protections that help reduce spam submissions and keep enquiries clean.

Why this kind of build works

When a recruitment site is built around user intent, the benefits are measurable:

  • higher CV submission completion rates

  • more employer enquiries with better context

  • fewer “where do I go now?” drop-offs

  • stronger foundations for SEO and content growth over time
